FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thin-film clarifying coatings on glass and can be applied in glass industry and electronics. Method of obtaining glass with antireflection mesoporous coating based on SiO2 nanoparticles, includes preliminary preparation of glass substrate, preparation of silicasol with average diameter of particles 100 nm and low polydispersion, application of SiO2 nanoparticles on glass substrate, thermal procession of coated glass. To improve coating adhesion to glass by functionalisation and creation of electrostatic interaction between substrate and coating glass is kept in 1% solution of 3-aminopropyltriethyloxysilane in ethanol (ω=96%) for 5-15 hours, dried in argon atmosphere, with layers of SiO2 nanoparticles being applied from silicasol, synthesised from tetraethoxysilane in ethyl alcohol in presence of alkaline catalyst with molar component ratio TEOS/C2H5OH/NH4OH/H2O=0.25/8/0.1/1.3.
EFFECT: obtaining antireflection coatings based on SiO2 nanoparticles which have high adhesion to glass surface.
