FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing a food composite material includes stages at which: a) solid substances are separated from liquids in a material, obtained from lactoserum, with obtaining a solid part and a liquid part, where the solid part contains milk minerals, and the liquid part contains proteins, obtained from milk; b) solution of the protein, obtained from milk at stage a) is subjected to the stage of ionic exchange in order to enhance the weigh percentage of basic proteins, obtained from milk, in a solution; c) sodium-based minerals and sodium salts are removed from the solution of basic proteins, obtained from milk; d) solid minerals, obtained from milk, are purified by mixing the minerals with a solvent and heating the solution; e) purified solution of the solid minerals, obtained from milk from the previous stage, is combined with an enhanced solution of the basic protein, obtained from milk of stage c); f) solvent of the previous stage is removed to obtain the food composite material. The food composite material is used to increase the thickness of shell of eggs, produced by egg-laying hens; for the treatment of bone diseases, including osteoporosis, in mammals, as well as for the inhibition of bone resorption in a human patient, requiring such a treatment.
EFFECT: invention represents a novel method and the composition, which enhances bone recovery, formation, support and retardation of bone resorption.
