FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of the combined ion-plasma treatment of the products out of aluminium alloys includes pre-cleaning of the product surface with further product location in the vacuum chamber, supply of negative bias voltage to the product, argon supply to the vacuum chamber, product treatment in gas discharge plasma of induction high frequency discharge in argon at negative bias voltage on the product in range 400-600 V. Then on the product in vacuum the metal coating is applied by means of magnetron spraying of the target-cathode, heated to temperature, when the metal vapours pressure is sufficient to maintain the magnetron discharge, with simultaneous assisting by plasma of the high frequency discharge occurred in the metal vapours at negative bias voltage on the products in range 250-400 V and temperature below temperature of the material softening of the product out of aluminium alloy.
EFFECT: production of reinforcement corrosion-resistant protective coating on the products out of the aluminium alloys with smooth transition of the composition from product base material to the applied coating.
