SUBSTANCE: sensor to measure parameters of angular shift comprises a measurement scale with a zero mark, mechanically connected to the axis of rotation of a controlled object, a light flow source, an information reading and an information conversion devices, installed fixedly towards the controlled object, at the same time it is additionally equipped with a double Hall sensor with a permanent magnet installed on the mechanical connection between the measurement scale and the controlled object, and providing for determination of direction of its shift, the measurement scale is made in the form of an optic disc information medium, the light flow source and the reading device are made in the form of a system "laser emitter - receiver", at the same time the information conversion device by the first input is connected to the output of the system "laser emitter - receiver", by the second input - to the output of the double Hall sensor, by the output - with an information consumer.
