FIELD: photography.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrophotographic photosensitive element. Element comprises base, conducting layer formed on base, and photosensitive layer formed on conducting layer. Conducting layer contains binding material, first metal oxide particles and second metal oxide particles. First metal oxide particles are particles of titanium oxide coated with tin oxide doped with phosphorus, tungsten, niobium, tantalum or fluorine. Second metal oxide particles are uncoated titanium oxide particles. Content of first metal oxide particles in conducting layer is not less than 20 % by volume and not more than 50 % by volume in terms of total volume of conducting layer. Content of second metal oxide particles in conducting layer is not less than 1.0 % by volume and not more than 15 % by volume in terms of total volume of conducting layer and not less than 5.0 % by volume and not more than 30 % by volume in terms of content of first metal oxide particles in conducting layer. Invention also discloses process cartridge and electrophotographic device.
EFFECT: invention provides electrophotographic photosensitive element, which practically does not leak.
