FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: set contains a set of cartridge assemblies. Each cartridge assembly contains the coded fasteners for connection of various assemblies of cartridge with various medicines for specially selected elements of dose set unit. The first cartridge assembly contains the first medicine and the first fastener containing the first coding element which is unique for the first medicine and is specially coded to engage the complementary coding element on the fastener on the first element of dose set unit. The first coding element differs from the second one on the second cartridge assembly. Each fastener is coded by the fastener position with reference to the clamp of the cartridge assembly which has this fastener, or with reference to the clamp of precisely matching dose set element which is fitted with the fastener, for connection of the cartridge assembly so that if one of cartridge holders tries to be connected to the incompatible element of the dose set unit, it either won't be fixed on the place, or its stroke will be blocked before full fixing.

EFFECT: connection of only the correct cartridge assembly with the correct element of the dose set unit.
