FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to anaesthetic. Pharmaceutical composition is a solid combined composition for oral administration and contains: a first compartment containing celecoxib, 0.1–20 wt. % of a water-soluble polymer and a surfactant, wherein the water-soluble polymer is selected from hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose and a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone, vinyl acetate or a combination thereof, and 10–50 wt. % of saccharide, where the saccharide is selected from mannitol, maltitol, lactitol, ribit, inositol, xylitol, maltotritol, glucose or a combination thereof; a second compartment containing tramadol, 1–60 wt. % of water-insoluble polymer and a wax-like lipid, where water-insoluble polymer is selected from cellulose-based polymers or a combination thereof, and where the wax-like lipid is selected from glycerol stearate, glycerol-behenate, glycerol palmitostearate, fatty acid macroglyceride, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, glyceryl monocaprylate, hydrogenated castor oil or a combination thereof.
