SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of training in game sports. Training is carried out on the playing field with controlled light-dynamic illumination. Change of light zones and training modes is set by software or hardware complex or manually. Specified number of stationary light zones with contrasting borders, imitating rivals, which must bypass the athletes, is formed as a single-color or two-color circle of a given size. Peculiarity is that the light zones-competitors, illuminated by two colors, have a controlled boundary between the colored halves, formed by the software and hardware complex, which passes through a line passing through the center of the zone and a given point on the body of the athlete. In this case, the light zones are located on equal or unequal distances with each other not on the same line in the specified places of the playing field. By the complexity of the route, the maximum speed of the athlete, the speed of transformation and the area of the zones, at which the athlete, performing this exercise, does not make mistakes, judge the technical preparedness of the athlete and his quality of motor actions.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanded arsenal of funds used in the training of athletes.
