FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obtaining granulated without binding agent zeolite of NaY type. Method includes mixing kaolin with powder-like zeolyte of NaY type, polyvinyl alcohol and component, selected from white soot, milled wide-pore silicagel or aerosil. Content of initial components in mixture constitutes:, wt %: powder-like zeolite of NaY type 55-70, polyvinyl alcohol 1-2, white soot or milled wide-pore silicagel, or aerosol 3-7, kaolin - the remaining part. After mixing carried out are: moisturising mixture until homogeneous mass is obtained, formation of granules, thermal activation, hydrothermal crystallisation in solution of sodium silicate, washing and drying of granules. Reaction mixture at crystallisation stage has the following molar composition : (2,2-2,6)Na2O·Al2O3·(6,5-7,5)SiO2·(155-165)H2O.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining zeolite, possessing high phase purity, crystallinity degree, dynamic adsorption capacity, mechanical strength.
