FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mill contains casing with shank, and elongated and shortened periphery cutting edges located along spirals with opposite inclination, last of them are ended by end teeth. Casing in cutting part zone is made with cross-section profile close to rectangular, curved at angle of elongated periphery cutting edges located at smaller sides of the casing profile ended by square, at its free corners not coinciding with the casing profile the shortened periphery cutting edges are located. The end teeth of them project below the end of the elongated edges, and grooves for shaving removal are the entire space not occupied by the mill rod.
EFFECT: possibility of the laminated plastic treatment without delamination of the external layers and free shaving removal.
