FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: method of amplification and demodulation of frequency-modulated signals is offered which is based is based on use of energy of DC power supply, interaction of frequency-modulated signal with the device which comprises the feed-forward path in the form of a triple-pole nonlinear element, the four-pole network, the external feedback circuit, the low pass filter, the separating capacitance and the low-frequency load. The four-pole network has resistive design, the external feedback circuit is some complex four-pole network connected to the triple-pole nonlinear element according to the series-parallel circuit.

EFFECT: amplification and frequency demodulation of high-frequency signal by means of the device with widened dynamic range and a quasi-linear section of the frequency demodulation curve due to presence of the resistive four-pole network and matching using two reactive two-pole networks connected in series to resistances of the load and the input signal source.
