FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed device consists of constant voltage source, circuit for direct transmission composed of tripolar nonlinear element, four pole circuit, external feedback circuits, high-cut filter, isolation capacitor and low-frequency load. Note here that said four pole circuit is a resistive component. Said external feedback circuit is composed by arbitrary complex four pole circuit connected to tripolar nonlinear element in serial-parallel circuit. Said tripolar nonlinear element and feedback circuit are integrated and cascade connected with complex resistor and input of resistive four pole circuit. High-frequency load is connected in between resistive four pole circuit and high-cut filter and composed of two-pole device with complex resistor. Resistive four pole circuit is composed of T-like connection of three two pole devices.
EFFECT: increased linear section of frequency FM response and expanded dynamic range at arbitrary characteristics of nonlinear element, external feedback circuit and load.
