FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for extraction of implant, installed in bone. Extraction torque is applied in successive phases. In each phase extraction torque is applied to extraction instrument until certain maximal torque value is achieved, after which application of said torque is reduced. In each following phase certain maximal torque value is increased until "implant-bone" connection is destroyed.
EFFECT: method provides maximal application of applied torque, which results in absence of necessity to apply extremely large torques to achieve destruction of said connection.
