SUBSTANCE: method comprises adding to the ejaculate samples in vitro in a medium for dilution of hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 mM, followed by the identification and determining in the sperm of primary morphological signs of apoptosis, nicking and DNA fragmentation, the intensity of lipid peroxidation. And in detection of the low percentage of apoptotic dying sperm up to 10-15% of bright enough and expressed halo glow, increasing the content of TBA-reactive products of not more than 30-40% relative to control, the sperm are assessed as genetically full.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the diagnostics of pathological disorders in sperm in the chromatin level.
