FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely biochemistry, and can be used for prediction of idiopathic infertility of men. For this purpose, latexagglutination is used to determine concentrations of thermostable carboxyl esterase in the seed plasma at the beginning of study and 4–6 weeks later, and the total concentration of two determinations greater than 16.0 ng/ml is used to predict idiopathic infertility in males.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of prediction accuracy of idiopathic infertility of men.
