SUBSTANCE: biosynthetic intensity in myosymplasts is additionally determined by counting the average number of silver granules per 1 nucleus and a percentage of nuclei with 1, 2, 3 or more granules on the basis of which the anabolic action of medicinal preparations is stated. Implementing the invention provides the more accurate morphological assessment of medicinal preparations by using a complex of current research methods (histological, histochemical and morphometric).
EFFECT: method possesses high accuracy; it is easy to use, effective and reproducible in any histological laboratory.
