Obtained points are summed up. If the sum of points is 10 and higher syndrome of dry eye is predicted.

EFFECT: reduction of manifestations of dry eye syndrome of medium and severe degree after refraction laser operation in case of myopia, prevention of complications in form of keratopathy development, possibility of carrying out adequate therapy in due time due to estimation of most significant indices in pre-operative period.
