FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of genetic engineering. Claimed is transfer vector for insertion of gene into genetic locus of baculovirus sequence, containing expression cassette, which contains eukaryotic promoter functionally bound with said gene, double selection removable cassette, flanked with LoxP recombination sequences, with said LoxP sequences being modified to provide realisation of only one recombination cycle, containing expressable sequence which codes second selected marker, sequences, flanking said expression cassette and double selection cassette, with said sequences to an essential extent corresponding to sequences of said genetic locus in baculovirus sequence, which provides homological recombination between said transfer vector and said baculovirus. Also claimed are: method for obtaining recombinant bacmid, method for obtaining recombinant baculovirus, recombinant bacmid, recombinant baculovirus, cell and method for obtaining protein.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of recombinant protein expression.
