SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of diagnostics of chronic heart failure (CHF). The method comprises the study of human blood by polymerase chain reaction with hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplification products. The circulating levels of miRNA are determined, and in the miRNA-concentration-423-5r of over 35500 copies/ml the chronic heart failure is detected.

EFFECT: invention enables to carry out diagnostics with increased reliability of CHF at early stages of the disease.
