The circulating levels of microRNA are determined with simultaneous determination of concentration of microRNA-423-5r more than 35500 copies/mcl and mikroRNA-34a-5r more than 4538 copies/mcl establish chronic heart failure, and at simultaneous determination of concentration mikrornk-423-5r above 35500 copies/mcl and the concentration of microRNA-21-5r above 711755 copies/mcl the chronic heart failure against the background of inflammatory cardiomyopathy is identified.

EFFECT: invention allows to diagnose with high reliability the chronic heart failure at early stages of the disease.
