SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used for diagnosing CHF, as well as monitoring of clinical effectiveness. Method for early diagnosis of chronic heart failure by centrifugation of a patient's blood sample and further analysis and analysis of obtained results consists in measuring the value of dynamic surface tension of blood serum with adsorption time of 100 s, as well as its equilibrium surface tension value at adsorption time of 2,500 s, if the first indicator value is 44.3 mN/m or less, and the second value is 38.3 mN/m or less, early development of chronic heart failure is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention enables controlling a drug-induced therapy and providing a mode of optimal management of CHF patients with the least labor and material costs.
