FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: raster image of a cell and its organelles is obtained in the function of an optical path difference, represented as the phase thickness of a local section of the cell or its organelles, obtained by line-by-line successive scanning of each element of the cell or its organelles, falling within the line with further transition into the next line, located under the scanned line. Scanning of each next element of the cell and its organelles is realised with controlled in time delay after scanning of the previous element of the cell or its organelles in the line, with the registration of data of the value of the local optical path difference for each scanned element of the raster image. A conclusion about parameters of the cell and its organelles and about the presence of dynamic processes in the cell or its organelles is made by the difference of values of the phase thickness in adjacent elements of the cell or its organelles.
EFFECT: simultaneous obtaining information about the structure and about dynamic characteristics of cancer cells and blood cells.
