FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biochemistry. Disclosed methods of screening the IgG antibody, having high capability to eliminate an antigen in plasma, based on selecting the IgG whose antigen-binding activity at pH 6.7-10.0 is higher than the antigen-binding activity at pH 4.0-6.5. IgG antibodies having a weaker antigen-binding activity at pH inside early endosome than at pH in plasma are capable of repeatedly binding with an antigen, have a longer half-life in plasma and longer periods during which they can bind with an antigen.
EFFECT: IgG antibodies obtained using the disclosed method have improved pharmacokinetic and a larger number of times of binding with an antigen in vivo.
