SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a solar cell, wherein an emitter layer on the side of the light-receiving surface of a crystalline silicon-based substrate, with a dopant of opposite conductivity type, is formed from a silicon substrate, in addition to said emitter layer; a passivating film is formed on the surface of the silicon substrate; an extraction electrode and a collector electrode are also formed. Said extraction electrode extracts a photogenerated charge from the silicon substrate, and said collector electrode is in contact with the extraction electrode, at least partially, an accumulates the charge collected on the extraction electrode. The extraction electrode comprises a first electrode which consists of a sintered conductive paste which contains a dopant which makes silicon conductive. Said first electrode is at least formed such that it passes through said passivating layer. The collector electrode comprises a second electrode having a higher conductivity than said first electrode.

EFFECT: invention reduces electrical resistance losses of the contact between silicon and electrodes, electrical resistance losses caused by electrical resistance of the electrode, and optical and electrical losses in the emitter layer, which significantly improves performance of the solar cell.
