FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: additive is proposed, consisting of fibrin biopolymer in an amount of 0.05 g to 10 g per 1 kg of the nutrient medium and the protease inhibitor. Also the additive is proposed, which consists of fibrinogen in an amount from 0.05 g to 10 g per 1 kg of the nutrient medium, plasma-coagulase in a ratio to fibrinogen from 1:128 to 1:10000 (w:w) and the proteinase inhibitor. Alternatively, the additive is proposed, consisting of fibrinogen in a concentration of 0.01 g/l to 10 g/l, a complex of "thrombin-Ca2+ ions" consisting of thrombin in the ratio to fibrinogen of 1:10-1:500 and Ca2+ ions in an amount of from 0.08 g to 0.2 g per 1 kg of the nutrient medium, and the proteinase inhibitor. The proteinase inhibitor is used as part of additives in an amount from 0.002 g to 0.5 g per 1 kg of the nutrient medium.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain biofilms on the basis of strains of bacteria that are not able to form biofilms on known nutrient media without the proposed additive.
