FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel amino acid derivatives of 1-(1-adamantyl)ethylamine of general formula given below, and namely to compounds 1-3 in which , (compound 1); R1 = H, (compound 2) and , (compound 3). Claimed compounds have selective antiviral activity with respect to influenza A viruses, acts on strains, resistant to action of rimantadine hydrochloride, and can be applied in pharmacology and virology.
EFFECT: compounds 1 and 3 also have virucidal activity with respect to viruses of A type.
