SUBSTANCE: double-cascode amplifier comprises: an input transistor, the source of which is connected to a first power supply bus, and the gate is connected through a separating capacitor to the input of the device and through an auxiliary two-terminal element to a first bias voltage source, a first output transistor, the drain of which is connected to the output of the device and through a load two-terminal element to a second power supply bus, and the gate is connected through an auxiliary resistor to a second bias voltage source, a second output transistor, the drain of which is connected to the source of the first output transistor, the source is connected to the drain of the input transistor and the gate is connected to a third bias voltage source, wherein a balancing capacitor is connected between the gate of the first output transistor and the drain of the input transistor.
EFFECT: wider operating bandwidth without degradation of voltage gain in the mid-frequency range.
