FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed tire moulding machine device comprises pressure roller element to lay the inner pressure ply and tire sides for formation of the tire workpiece, cross-link wheel component for cord texture cross-linking. Note here that said adapter comprises the adapter connecting frame articulated with the top portal. The connecting frame can be driven to slide along the latter and is located above the tire body drum vertical direction. The component bedding device is retained at the adapter connecting frame by the component frame. Besides, it comprises the axial and vertical bedding actuators as well as the actuator for driving the pressure roller component to the tire body drum composite station. Cord texture cross-linking device is retained at the adapter connecting device by means of the cross-linking device main bracket and comprises the axial cross-linking actuator. Besides, it comprises the vertical cross-linking device for driving the cross-linking wheel toward the cross-linking station at the tire body drum.

EFFECT: simplified design, decreased processing area, higher accuracy of centring.
