FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities to detect analyte in biological fluids. According to the invention, the method is proposed to detect concentration of glucose measured by a system with a test strip and a meter with a test circuit comprising a microprocessor, besides, the method includes: supply of the first test voltage by the test circuit between a comparison electrode and the second working electrode, coated with a reagent layer, a test strip and supply of the second test voltage between the comparison electrode and the first working electrode coated with a reagent layer; measurement of the first test current, the second test current, the third test current and the fourth test current on the second working electrode after application of a blood sample onto the test strip; measurement of the fifth test current on the first working electrode; detection of glucose concentration by the microprocessor on the basis of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth test currents; and a message about glucose concentration, at the same time the first test current is measured from approximately 0.98 to approximately 1.00 second after start of measurement.
EFFECT: invention provides for increased accuracy of measurement due to reduction of haematocrit-dependent deviations.
