FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: ball bearing contains a casing made out of two parts in form of covers, non-detachably connected with each other, with located in casing ball stud, spherical head located in the bush out of antifriction material. Space between the bush and the casing is filled by the thermoplastic filler. On the stud spherical head by the detonation spraying the coating out of powder alloy based on tungsten carbide and cobalt is applied. The bush is made out of solid lubricant material based on the nonorganic substance, i.e. molybdenum disulfide.
EFFECT: increased wear-resistance of the ball bearing with spheric journal bearing in extended ranges of work temperatures due to change of the materials structure of the ball stud and bush.
