FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: ball bearing includes a body made of two parts in the form of lids, rigidly connected to each other, with a spherical head enclosed in the body with a spherical head divided in the liner, with a thermoplastic filler between the liner and the body, and the pins are made of heat-resistant alloy, on which spherical surface a multilayer composite coating is applied with shear resistance less than the shear resistance of the ball bearing, the first layer of the substrate is galvanized with Ta, the second Ag layer is electrolytically applied, and the third one is made of solid lubricating anti-friction coating. A multilayer solid lubricating coating is formed on the spherical surface of the ball pin and the substrate is galvanized with Ta and electrolytic Ag layer, followed with the application of solid lubricating anti-friction coating on both its surfaces and with the upper heat-resistant alloy layer, deposited with the aluminizing method.
EFFECT: increase of frictional characteristics, reduction of friction factor, reduction of friction reversibility.
