FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to continuous metal casting. Device (7) contains tank (9a), having casing (9b) with hole (9-1) to receive the melted metal, and hole (9-2) for melted metal output, first magnetic device (10), second magnetic device (13) and power system (16). The power system is made with possibility of AC supply superimposed in carrying current, to each coil with creation of flow regulation current. Flow regulation currents supplied to adjacent coils are shifted by phase relatively to each other thus creating running magnetic field in the melted metal in tank (9a). Depending on measured parameter of the melted metal the flow regulating current phase or amplitude are regulated.
EFFECT: device ensures decreasing of bubbles and inclusions creation in metal melt at lower dimensions of machine for continuous casting.
