FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for separating organic and mineral components of bone tissue. The method for separating organic and mineral components of bone tissue, wherein plates of spongy bone tissue are prepared and used to make ground bone, which is subjected to double extraction concentrating; the first stage involves taking an average sample of the ground bone and adding a mix of chloroform and ethanol, evaporating the solvent and adding distilled water twice, stirring, filtering, producing dry residue 1 and filtrate 1; the second stage involves adding sodium chloride to the dry residue 1, evaporating the solvent and adding distilled water twice, stirring, filtering, producing dry residue 2 and filtrate 2, drying and analysing in certain environment.
EFFECT: method described above makes it possible to separate water- and salt-soluble protein components of bone matrix from the mineral component to be analysed in various functional states of bone tissue, as well as increase a degree of recovery of protein compounds of bone tissue that in turn enables quantifying the protein components of the bone tissue.
