FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: complex comprises a patient space, a radiation source integrated into a storage container, a unit for the radiation source transfer from its storage container into a selected radiation hole and back once a radiation session is completed, and control units. The complex is provided with a movable storage facility comprising the radiation source integrated into its storage container, three ampoule guide tubes for an intracavity gamma-radiation therapy of the cervix, uterine body, vagina, rectus, bladder and oral cavity, an ampoule guide tube for an intracavity gamma-radiation therapy of the oesophagus, bronchi and trachea, and sixteen ampoule guide tubes for an intracavity gamma-radiation therapy; a unit for the radiation source transfer from its storage container into the selected radiation hole and a unit for the radiation hole selection arranged in an upper part of the storage facility and connected to each of the ampoule guide tubes. Each of the ampoule guide tubes corresponds to the radiation hole.
EFFECT: flexibility of the complex, reliability and safety of using it.
