FIELD: motor car construction.
SUBSTANCE: claimed device is configured to calculate the required braking force proceeding from the pressure applied to the brake control mechanism. Besides, it serves to control the engine braking force and that of the brake mechanism that develops the braking force owing to operation of the brake control mechanism jointly so that the vehicle braking force makes the required braking force. The engine comprises the power actuator source that develops the acceleration force and the braking force. Claimed motive fore control device is configured to detect the acceleration data including the crosswise acceleration of the vehicle and to control the engine crosswise braking force proceeding from the detected acceleration data when the brake control mechanism is enabled.
EFFECT: better controllability.
