FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: analyser includes an acoustooptical filter, a photodetector, a radio-frequency spectrum analyser and a feedback circuit. The acoustooptical filter includes an anisotropic crystal, a polariser and an analyser. The anisotropic crystal is cut in the manner which facilitates the collinear diffraction of light by ultrasound with radiation scattering in multiple diffraction orders at the same time. The polariser and the analyser are oriented such that +1st, -1st and 0th diffraction maxima exist at the output of the acoustooptical filter. The radio-frequency spectrum analyser is electrically connected to the output of the photodetector and enables to record the spectrum of the electrical signal of the photodetector. The electrical feedback circuit links the output of the photodetector with the input of the piezoelectric transducer of the acoustooptical filter.
EFFECT: high spectral resolution.
