FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed system comprises the funnel-like guide plate located under the reactor body bottom, cantilever truss, melt catch arranged under the cantilever truss. Said melt catch is provided with cooled shell composed by the multiply vessel for protection of the outer heat exchange wall. The filler for the melt dilution is arranged in said multiply vessel. Note here that said vessel comprises the metal inner and outer plies with mid ply of non-metal filler arranged there between. Note also that structural ribs are arranged between said inner and outer plies are spaced in azimuth sstep meeting the requirements; Dout/15<sstep<dout/5, where dout is the vessel OD.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat removal from the melt and structure reliability.
