SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely ophthalmology, and concerns treating neovascular glaucoma. That is ensured by first administering the VEGF inhibitor ranibizumab in an amount of 0.05 ml by means of 30G injection needle in a projection of a flat portion of ciliary body at 3.5-4.0 mm from limb through a two-step scleral puncture into vitreous body. Then, 7-10 days later, 360° cryocyclodestruction is performed by means of a cryoapplicator tip 2×4 mm in size. 8 coagulates are applied at cryoexposure length 90 seconds. That is combined with retinal cryopexy by means of Criostar apparatus tip 3 mm in diameter in four quadrants at 9 mm from the limb with applying 3 lines of coagulates at exposure length 4 seconds.

EFFECT: method provides achieving the pronounced antihypertensive effect and complete suppression of neovascularisation accompanied by reducing a postoperative inflammatory and haemorrhagic reaction.
