SUBSTANCE: method includes the structure change of penicillinacylaze from Escherichia coli by the replacement of amino-acid residue 145 of an alpha-chain by leucine or of amino-acid residue 71 of a beta-chain by leucine or arginine.
EFFECT: method results in the improved catalytic activity of penicillinacylaze in the reactions of enantioselective acidation of the primary amino groups of chemical compounds and the enantioselective hydrolysis of the N-acyl derivatives of the primary aminecompounds.
