FIELD: medicine; sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine and aims at evaluating the level of game endurance in playing sports. On the playground area an annular light route is formed using the light emitter and mobile light marks-a piece of light route of the specified value, which moves along the route software, at a rate setting value of the test load test. Test mode is selected from a library of programs which contains configuration routes options and versions of speed modes of the mark. Circular route is formed at a specified width with simple and complex curvilinear and/or straight-line sections, including, where the person being tested may show its maximum speed and minimum radii of rotation to both sides. Task of the test is to repeatedly pass the circular route during the preset time in a technically clean fashion within the specified mark. Number of errors of the test is fixed and is compared at each circle. At sharp increase of errors the time of stably passed laps is fixed, which determines the level of game endurance test.
EFFECT: method enables assessing the individual level of exercise tolerance development at different game loads due to use of software and maximum proximity to real game conditions.
