SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine and aims at evaluating the level of game endurance in playing sports. On the playing area, a light symbol is formed by a light emitter, followed by a light loop of a given width and length when moving along a circular route. Symbol moves along the route programmatically, at a rate that sets the test load of the subject. Test mode is selected from a library of programs which contains configuration routes options and versions of speed modes of the symbol. Circular route is formed with simple and complex curvilinear and / or rectilinear portions, including those, where the tested subject can show his maximum speed and execute the minimum turning radii in both directions. Task of the tested subject is to repeatedly pass the circular route during the preset time in a technically clean fashion within the specified mark or its loop. Number of errors of the tested subject is recorded and is compared at each circle. With a sharp increase in errors, the time of stably passed circles is fixed, which determines the level of gaming endurance of the tested subject. Beginning of each new circle is accompanied by a conditional light and / or sound signal of the hardware and software complex accessible to the tested subject and / or to the coach, and the approach to real game modes in different tests is performed by reducing of the light symbol loop width and / or length.
EFFECT: method allows to provide reliability of an estimation of an individual level of development of endurance at various game loads due to use of the software and creation of the maximum approach to real conditions.
