FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns a medical substrate containing heparin particles coupled on the substrate through at least one heparin molecule with this heparin particle containing at least one heparin molecule and at least one frame molecule with the coupled heparin particles being sensitive to heparinase, whereas this heparin particle is coupled with the substrate: either through a terminal point, or in a loop-shaped manner, or through a terminal aldehyde, or through aldehydes along the full length of the above heparin.
EFFECT: invention provides the considerable biological activity of heparin particles after immobilisation, sterilisation, mechanical compression and stretching and/or storage as compared to other coatings of medical substrates.
