FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for obtaining flow of alkylated aromatic compound from at least one unprocessed flow, capable of alkylation of aromatic compound, present in liquid phase and containing catalytic poisons, and flow of alkylating agent, with said unprocessed flow, capable of alkylation aromatic compound, being processed in order to reduce content of catalytic poisons. Method includes the following stages: (a) contact of said liquid-phase unprocessed flow, capable of alkylation aromatic compound, containing said catalytic poisons, and flow of alkylating agent with processing composition in zone of processing, separate from reaction zone of alkylation, under processing conditions in order to remove at least part of said catalytic poisons and alkylation of at least part of said aromatic compound, capable of alkylation, with obtaining processed effluent flow, which includes processed capable of alkylation aromatic compound, alkylated aromatic compound and reduced quantity of catalytic poisons, with said processing composition including zeolite, which has *BEA type of matrix structure, and has ratio of area to volume, constituting more than 30 inches-1 (12 cm-1), said processing conditions include temperature from 30 to 300°C and pressure from 101 to 4601 kPa, and molar ratio of unprocessed capable of alkylation aromatic compound to alkylating agent constituting 50:1 or more; and (b) contact of said processed capable of alkylation aromatic compound in said effluent flow and additional quantity of said flow of alkylating agent with catalytic composition in said reaction zone of alkylation, separate from said zone of processing, under at least partly liquid-phase conditions of catalytic conversion with obtaining alkylated effluent flow, which includes additional quantity of alkylated aromatic compound, with said catalytic composition including porous crystalline material, which has matrix structural type, selected from the group, including FAU, *BEA, MOR, MWW and their mixtures, with said at least partly liquid-phase conditions of catalytic conversion including temperature from 100 to 300°C, pressure from 689 to 4601 kPa, molar ratio of processed capable of alkylation aromatic compound to alkylating agent from 0.01:1 to 25:1 and mass hour volume rate of raw material supply (MHVR), constituting, counted per alkylating agent, from 0.5 to 500 h-1.
EFFECT: claimed method makes it possible to remove poison, representing N, essentially better.
