SUBSTANCE: module 11 of a loop filter performs classification by classes of a local decoded image, generated by means of a summation module 9, per one class for each coding block, having the largest size, detected by means of a coding control module 2, and also calculates a filter, which compensates for distortion applied for each local decoded image, which belongs to each class, and also performs the process of filtration for the above local decoded image by means of filter usage. A coding module 13 with alternating word length codes, as filter parameters, a filter calculated by means of the loop filter module 11 and used for local decoded image, which belongs to each class, and the number of class of each largest coding block.
EFFECT: increased quality of images.
