FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of biodegradable materials using decomposers, as well as biodegradable polymer composition. Method of producing biodegradable material involves acylation of cellulose with lactic acid in non-aqueous medium, extraction, mixing with polylactic acid and extrusion, cellulose source used is cellulose-containing wastes, which is mixed with lactic acid and placed into disintegrator-activator of impact action, in which it is treated at temperature not higher than 70°C with energy of impact of 600-800 kJ per 1 kg of mixture with provision of replacement of hydrogen at least one hydroxyl group macromolecule cellulose lactic acid residue. Biodegradable material produced using method of producing biodegradable material contains a reaction product of cellulose and lactic acid as a filler and binder polylactic acid. As cellulose cellulose-containing wastes are used, ash content in biodegradable material is 4.0-10.0%.
EFFECT: technical result consists in production of biodegradable polymer composition, which is mainly based on natural ecologically acceptable products, providing environmental safety and simplicity of method.
