FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic cell immunodeficiency in experimental animals under conditions of exposure strontium. This experimental model of strontium immunodeficiency is created by intragastric administration for 45 days of experimental animals aqueous solution of strontium chloride, preferably 10 mg/l, 1 mg/kg animal body weight. Then it is extracted from animal blood sample and then removing the spleen responder cells recovered from the blood cells and splenocytes of the spleen and homogenized material is determined on the membranes of said cells the level of expression of CD62L+. Calculate the ratio of criterial expression equal to the ratio CD62L+ Blood/CD62L+ spleen, and its value is equal to 8 and less diagnosed cellular immune deficiency in experimental animals under conditions of exposure strontium.
EFFECT: method allows the study of pathogenetic mechanisms of the toxic effect of strontium on the immune system.
