METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF STRONTIUM IMPACT ON APOPTOSIS, ASSOCIATED WITH ALLELLIC VARIANTS OF FAS GENE IN CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/49

Abstract RU 2621155 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: blood sample is taken from a child and the strontium content is determined in the sample, also mononuclear cells are extracted from this blood sample, to determine the level of lymphocytes containing the CD95+ receptor on the membrane. Also, a buccal epithelium sample is taken, DNA is isolated, and polymorphism genotyping is performed, using FAS 14405S/T gene DNA region as a primer by investigating its allelic status and at the simultaneous presence of pathological homozygous or heterozygous FAS 14405S/T gene genotypes, level of lymphocytes containing CD95+ receptor on the membrane, decreased 1.5 times or more relative to the lower border of physiological norm of the said lymphocytes with CD95+ for children, and in case of strontium concentration excess in the blood of more than 1.5 relative to the reference level, the apoptotic process under the influence of strontium in a child is estimated as slow, and in the absence of at least one of the above conditions - as normal.

EFFECT: ensured accuracy of evaluation of strontium impact on apoptosis.
