FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in by-product-coking industry. The arrangement (1) for control device providing regulation of gas pressure in coke-oven chamber without deviation from regulating positions induced by expansion comprises a riser (2) risen vertically from the coke-oven chamber and coupled to elbow (4) deviating aside from the riser (2) and descending downwards into immersion pipe (6), which end is made as pipe (6a) with toothed end containing jagged or toothed rims and inlet opening for water and floating cup (7) with conical bottom oriented downwards, at that cup (7) is equipped with outlet opening for water coming out of the lowed bottom end and having open top, and sealing plug (8) moved through immersion pipe (6) and sealing the output from dip seal (7b) of floating cup (7) into gas collector (14) with potential regulation placed below, and collector (14) for discharge of raw gas, whereto water comes from floating cup (7) at overflow or opening of sealing plug (8). Floating cup (7) and immersion pipe (6) with pipe (6a) having toothed end are placed in fixed housing (9), which forms annular space with floating cup (7). Annular space (11) is fit as overflow outlet for water and channel for gas from floating cup (7) into gas collector (14), and housing (9) is equipped with toothed rim (9b) passing to circular female dip seal (12) of the upper part of gas collector (14) for the purpose of potential compensation of expansion or shift between gas collector (14) and housing (9). The invention is also referred to the method used for regulation of gas pressure in coke-oven chamber by means of the above arrangement.

EFFECT: inventions allow preventing chaotic loss of water used for locking, cooling and separating of water-soluble admixes in the riser from the regulation device.
