SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television scanning, which is carried out by computer system by means of single-line circular photodetector of monochrome (black-and-white) image, made according to technology of charge coupled devices (CCD). Result is achieved in that the “ring” output register of the photodetector is made in the form of two (first and second) “ring” registers, each of which is shielded from light and contains half of the total number of elements, both the new “ring” registers, together with the photo shutter, bend around (surround) the “ring” one-line photo-receiving region, each of the two adjacent elements of the photodetector region is connected through a charge gate by a charge coupling with elements of the first and second “ring” registers opposite to the crystal, respectively.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the energy consumption of the photodetector.
