FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An applicator instrument for surgical anchor discharge comprises a body and bowed shaft. The surgical anchors are arranged inside the bowed shaft and discharged from a distal end of the bowed shaft. A feed assembly is enclosed into the bowed shaft to shift the surgical anchors one position closer to the distal end of the bowed shaft every time the feed assembly travels in the distal direction. The bowed shaft integrates a starting element. The starting element is configured movable between proximal and distal ends of the bowed shaft to discharge the surgical anchors from the distal end of the bowed shaft. A step assembly is configured to receive a driving surgical anchor from the feed assembly when the feed assembly travels in the distal direction in order to shift the driving surgical anchor so as to align it significantly with the starting element when the feed assembly travels in the proximal direction.
